Dennis White aka Dennis Da Menace
DENNIS “DA MENACE” WHITE, the epitome of a “Jack of all trades”, is a multifaceted performer who has excelled to equal greatness as an actor, rapper, singer, and host. Performing for live audiences since age 5, Dennis’ natural charisma and innate talent have brought him national recognition and notoriety both as Dennis White, the actor and Dennis Da Menace, the hip-hop artist and host. Blazing a lane of his own, with success across the board, Dennis was the first African-American Fuse TV host, a #1 artist on the Billboard charts, and has been immortalized in two video games (Def Jam Vendetta II & The Warriors).
Dennis, the son of a Grammy nominated songwriter, began singing and acting in local plays as a young child and later graduated to larger stages, touring with Rick James and several gospel musicals. Always having a personal love for hip-hop, Dennis gave a riveting portrayal of TuPac in “Seventh Son” and soon after using the guise of Dennis Da Menace recorded his own album, “The Wonderful World of Dennis”. With the debut single “Buster” sustaining its #1 spot on Billboard Charts for several weeks and additional songs acquiring soundtrack features, a buzz was quickly created for Dennis Da Menace bringing about an opportunity to present at the Billboard Awards (2004), an infinite number of hosting offers (Fuse TV IMX, Hot 97 Summer Jam X, And 1 Tour, and Fox’s Weekend Vibe); and a starring role in Jay-Z’s music video (“Roc Boys” 2007).
